Ingredients

  • 1 cup mushrooms of your choice, cleaned and sliced

  • 2 carrots, medium and thinly sliced

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp oil of your choice for stir fry

  • ¼ tsp cumin

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 1 tsp rice vinegar

Directions

  • Heat up your pan over medium heat and add any oil you want for stir-frying. 
    Once it’s hot, toss in the minced garlic and let it sauté for about 30 seconds to 1 minute until it’s fragrant but not browned.

  • Add mushrooms you like and carrots. Stir them around and let them cook for 5-7 minutes. Let the mushrooms soften up and the carrots to be tender but still slightly crisp.mushroom and carrot recipe step 2

Notes
