kcalIngredients
1 cup fruit juice (Organic and without added sugars, choose a juice like orange, apple, or pomegranate)
2 tbsp Mushroom Powder (such as Lion’s Mane, Reishi, or Chaga)
3 tbsp gelatin powder (or agar-agar for a vegan alternative)
1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (for sweetness)
1/2 tsp lemon juice (optional, for a zesty kick)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (optional, for extra health benefits and color)
Directions
- Start by prepping your silicone gummy molds. You can use small heart, bear, or star-shaped molds for fun little gummies, or go for a simple rectangular or circular one. Make sure your molds are clean and dry before you begin.
- In a small saucepan, pour in the fruit juice and heat it over medium heat. Stir to prevent it from burning. Heat it just enough to be warm but not boiling.
- Once the juice is warm, whisk in your mushroom powder. Make sure to stir well to fully dissolve the powder. If you’re using a combination of mushrooms, add them all in and blend them thoroughly.
- Add the honey or maple syrup for sweetness. Stir until it dissolves. If you’re using turmeric or lemon juice, add them in at this point, stirring until evenly mixed.
- Slowly sprinkle in the gelatin powder while continuously stirring to prevent clumps. Continue to heat on low while stirring for 2-3 minutes, until the gelatin is completely dissolved. If you’re using agar-agar, follow the instructions on the package as it requires a bit more time to dissolve and activate.
- Once everything is well combined and smooth, pour the mixture into your silicone molds. Use a spoon or dropper to carefully fill each mold. Work quickly, as the mixture can begin to set as it cools.
- Allow the gummies to sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes to cool down. Then, transfer them to the fridge and chill for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Once the gummies are set, carefully pop them out of the molds.
- Store your mushroom gummies in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They will last up to 2 weeks.
Notes
- Ensure the juice is not too acidic. For a sugar-free version, you can substitute honey or maple syrup with stevia or monk fruit sweetener. If you want to make the gummies vegan, you can replace the gelatin with agar-agar. Agar-agar sets at a lower temperature, so you may need to follow the specific instructions on the agar packet. There are various mushroom powders available and you can use as per your choice.

Mushroom Gummies Benefits
Mushroom gummies are a type of supplement made with medicinal or functional mushrooms, in the form of gummies for easy consumption. These gummies are infused with extracts from various types of mushrooms, such as lion’s mane, reishi, chaga, or cordyceps. All of them have health benefits. Lion’s mane, for example, is believed to support brain health and cognitive function, while reishi mushroom supports immune system support and reduces stress. Mushroom gummies are popular for their convenience, as they provide a tasty, chewable alternative to traditional capsules or powders.
